How to age well: These two women have some advice for you

How do you feel about getting older and the term ‘old'?
As part of our Woman’s Hour special bank holiday programme about how to age well, we went to visit Celia and Lindi who shared their thoughts and told us about the lessons they’ve learnt as they’ve got older.
They also shared some of the things they love about later life – including learning that you don’t always have to try to look and act a certain way to fit in.
Celia and Lindi are part of the Older Peoples Advisory Group – a forum for older community members organised by Age UK Camden - held at the British Library.
You can listen to our full bank holiday special programme on 6 May at 10am on BBC Radio 4 or BBC Sounds where we looked at some of the narratives around ageing, the people who are trying to change them, and what we should really know about our bodies as we get older.
